• I want to order but you’re based in the UK!
Don′t worry. Helipac specialize in supply to the US and Canada, and all case and freight prices quoted are all inclusive for shipment to these destinations. No additional taxes or charges are to be levied.

• I want to order but we are based in the UK, and there is is no UK pricing!
No problem. Please call us on 01886 880 044 and we will happily provide a UK price, inclusive of VAT that reflects national rather than international delivery.

• I can′t see the dimensions I want!
Not a problem. Just click on our contact page and tell us what you need to be different. Let us know the required size, finish and interior, and we will get back to you. It will take a little longer to produce, but it will ensure you have something different and unique to your requirements.

• I want to order a higher volume, but the prices only run to 5 pieces!
That′s fine. You can email us with your specific quantity and size (doesn′t have to be a stock size) and we will quote volume prices, or you can view our sister site Helipac.com and send us a request from the enquiry page.

• I want a specific cut foam insert to hold products for conferences!
We can create CNC routed foam inserts to hold products in a professional manner, all we need is accurate dimensions of the items to be held or actual product samples, and we will do the rest.

• Does it lock?
No, the standard listed portfolios just have a neat throw catch to hold the case securely and firmly shut, if you specifically require a locking case, let us know and we will quote one for you.

• How do I pay?
All of our Portfolio Cases are available for immediate purchase using the safe and secure Paypal systems, meaning you can pay us through this using your bank account or credit / debit card in an extremely safe and trusted environment. If this is a problem, we can also accept checks, just email us for further information.

• How long will it take to get here?
Not long!! All Portfolios are shipped from stock with FedEx, meaning the delivery should take no more than 2 working days. We will advise you of tracking references for peace of mind, and advise in advance should there be any issue with stock.

• I want a different color, not Black or Brushed Aluminium!
We can email you a color swatch showing options available to you, just keep in mind it will affect the delivery period and price, as we will create your case to order.

• I can see they are Metal portfolio cases but what are the actual materials?
The cases are made using anodized aluminum extrusions, then with a choice of panel materials, these can be:
Brushed Aluminum
Clear polycarbonate
Colored vinyl. This material is adhered to the internal base material to ensure case strength, and gives a high quality colored finish
